1 Job Listing
We start by creating a custom-built job listing based on your requests and specific job requirements.
However, there are a lot of qualified candidates to choose from. Here is how we narrow the selection down to the perfect candidate.
2 Testing
Next, we put the candidates and their skills to the test. Our first round of assessments tests candidates on their attention to detail and cognitive abilities.
At this point, we've narrowed down the talent pool to around 43% of the initial applicants.
3 Specific Skills
We then conduct the second round of assessments, where we test candidates on their verbal and written English skills, computer literacy as well as role-specific requirements.
After all the assessments, we're left with roughly 12% of the initial candidate pool.
4 Test Review
Passing the rigorous testing phase does not automatically warrant an invitation for an interview.
Our Talent Acquisition Team evaluates the overall profile of the applicants to determine whether or not relevance in work history exists, and only then would an invite be sent.
